Credits are spent on survey project actions. Each action deducts a fixed number of credits from your balance:
- create a new survey / Importing15 credits
- create a new survey10 credits
- submit survey5 credits
The Advanced plan grants 100 credits every month and includes unlimited project submissions. Credits do not expire.

Deleting your account permanently removes your projects and survey data. This action cannot be undone.
